FAQ's

We place orders with Pleaser every Wednesday and they arrive to us by the following Tuesday if no delays in transit. They are then shipped to you within our 24 hour shipping timeframe. Glitter Heels orders are placed monthly. Due to the handmade nature of these heels and the slower shipping, delivery time is approximately 5-6 weeks from order date.

Easy! Send us a message with the item/SKU number and we will check their availability and load them on the PGNZ website for order and payment. They will then be added to our next order. Pre-ordered shoes must be paid for prior to us ordering from the supplier.

No worries! We place orders with our suppliers regularly. You can either, insert your email address on the product page to be emailed once the product is back in stock or contact us with the item you are wanting and we can order it in for you.

No, unfortunately PGNZ is online only at this point in time. We offer a very easy exchange policy for items that don’t fit, so don’t panic if you buy from us and it doesn’t fit. Just send it back for an exchange or store credit.

Returns on pre-ordered shoes are at the discretion of PGNZ. Because of the unique nature of some of the heels we need to consider resale value on any returned pre-ordered shoes. We suggest you contact us prior to ordering to discuss sizing and they style of shoe you are after should you be concerned.
