Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries as per the terms of your subscription.

Cancellation terms are as follows:

Grip Products
Grip products have a minimum 3 renewal requirement.  Once 3 renewals are complete, just flick us an email at hello@polegearnz.co.nz and let us know you would like to cancel and we can action that for you straight away.

Polegasm Subscription Box
In order to be able to better manage stock ordering for our subscription boxes, one months notice prior to the new quarter is required for cancellation.  For example, should you wish to cancel for the April Quarter, notice of cancellation needs to be emailed to us at hello@polegearnz.co.nz before the 1st of March.

Should you to sign up for our 4 box minimum for a cheeky discount, you will not be able to cancel until after the 4 box renewal is complete.  Once complete the one month notice period prior to the new quarter applies (as detailed above) and you can cancel by emailing hello@polegearnz.co.nz

Subscription Box Returns and Exchanges terms are as follows:

We have a limited amount of stock for size exchanges.  Once sold out unfortunately we will not be able to exchange.  Exchanges only apply to the subscription box you purchased and notification must be sent to us at hello@polegearnz.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your subscription box.

Items must be returned unused and with tags attached and replacement items will not be issued until original items have been received back by us.

Exchanges only apply to clothing items, other items in the box cannot be returned or exchanged.
