I wear a size 10 top so got the small…perfect fit! Felt soft on the skin with no pinch marks you can sometimes get from some sports bras, but kept everything contained

It's My First Pair, Which Height Should I Start With?
The most popular heights for pole dancing heels are 6", 7" or 8". Pleasers are are a lot more stable than you think so don't let the height scare you. If you are not used to walking in heels at all, we recommend starting with 6". However, be warned you won't stay there for long and will be back for a pair of 7" in no time. If you are used to heels or are happy to take things a bit slower then start with a pair of 7". We have many customers who start and stay in 7". They are a good all round height. Once you have mastered your 7", feel free to hunt the glory of the 8" heel, truely giving you legs for days!
How Do I Pick the Correct Size?
Pleaser are in US sizing. General rule of thumb is to go up one size for heels and sometimes 2 sizes for boots, particularly if you are in between sizes. So, for example if you are a 7 to 7.5 in NZ/AU sizing then you will be looking for a size 8 in Pleaser heels and possibly a size 9 in boots. The reason why you may want to consider going up 2 sizes for boots, is that they are closed toe and you will want to wear socks with them so may need the extra room! If you are a standard size 7 you may find going up 1 size for both heels and boots is enough.
Either way, if you order a size that doesn't fit just send them back as per our Returns and Exchanges and we can order you a different pair.
What Heels are Better Suited for Wider Feet?
If you feet are wider, you may be better with heels that have the patent foot cover such as the Adore 709. The foot strap starts lower down the heel and enables the wider part of your foot to settle into the heel more comfortably. For those with wider feet the clear plastic foot straps start to high up the heel making it uncomfortable to slide you foot in.
Will My Heels Stretch?
Yes! The straps do stretch. A tight heel is better than a loose heel! You will want to be able to squeeze your foot in, and if they sit tight but comfortably with sufficient room at the end for your foot to slide forward as they stretch then they are a good size. You can speed up the stretching process by wearing them around the house in socks and if you in a hurry get the plastic covers bit of heat with w hair dryer to allow them to mould to the shape of your foot.
I'm Pre -Ordering, How Long Will My Heels Take to Arrive?
We order from Pleaser every Wednesday, and with no shipping or customs delays they arrive the following Wednesday. They are then shipped to you within 24/48 hours. If Pleaser do not have the item you have ordered in stock we will be in touch see if you are happy to wait for the restock or if you would like to pick a different pair.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Please process any returns/exchanges/refunds through our Returns Portal under 'My PGNZ' on our website.
Our policy on returns, exchanges and refunds lasts 21 days. Contact must be made within this time frame should you have an issue with your purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase and no contact has been made, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items that are faulty can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund (excluding any shipping costs).
Items that do not fit can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in their original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All returns/exchanges should be processed through out Returns Portal. Should you have any issues here, please contact us
- We require proof of purchase. If you have lost your invoice, please contact us
Replacement items, store credits and refunds will not be issued until the original products are returned or destroyed. Please see the Shipping Information below on return address and important information on shipping.
Pleaser Shoes require faulty shoes to be destroyed prior replacements being issued so please contact us regarding this.
Due to the original nature of Pre Ordered Shoes, these are accepted as returns on a case by case basis at the discretion of Pole Gear NZ. Please understand, shoes can be very personal to your taste, so if they are specifically ordered for you and if they are not deemed by Pole Gear NZ to be resellable they will not be able to be returned.
Pre Ordered shoes exchanged for another size or type may incur is $25 fee to contribute to the additional shipping cost of ordering the replacement pair. This is at the discretion of Pole Gear NZ.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn with no underwear
- DVD's that have had their seal broken
- Grip products
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be applicable for a partial refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you have paid by bank deposit you will need to provide us with your bank account details.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Purchase of sale items are full and final. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for exchange, store credit or refund.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 498, Cambridge, 3450, New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable on all purchases and returned goods.
Additional shipping costs on non-faulty, exchanged goods are at the discretion of Pole Gear NZ.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping goods back to Pole Gear NZ are at your own risk. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and exchanges/refunds will not be processed if goods are not received. We recommend tracking on all products returned to Pole Gear NZ.

All 'in stock' items are shipped within 24-48 hours of order, Monday to Friday. Orders placed Friday may be shipped Monday. No shipping is dispatched over the weekend or public holidays. Our couriers need a rest too!
Delivery Time Frames and Cost
Courier Post NZ service is generally overnight nationwide (excluding weekends), but please allow for 2-3 working days delivery from date of dispatch. $6 flat rate is charged on all items NZ wide including rural!
NZ Post international is approximately 6-10 working days via tracked satchel. International Courier can be used with a delivery timeframe of 3-6 working days. International tracked satchel to Australia is $15 flat rate or $25 International Courier up to 2 kgs on ALL items. We do ship world wide so please contact us for rates.
You will receive a 'shipping email' from us once your items have been dispatched for you to track your goodies. All orders are sent 'signature required’.
Pre Orders and Custom Orders
Items that have been custom ordered or ordered through a pre-order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of being received by us from the Supplier. For pre-orders shipping time frames will be noted on the items pre-order page and for custom orders you will be notified of the shipping time frame from the Supplier when your enquiry/order is placed.
Poles and Crash Mats
Poles and crash mats from Lupit Pole in Europe are also drop shipped directly to you from them. Please allow 10-14 working days for these to arrive.
